Punjab School Education Board accepting on-line Application form for Verification of 5th 8th 10th 12th certificate/DMC

Submission of application form

This application can be submitted through Online, at Sewa Kendra and Punjab School Education Board Department.

List of Document to be uploaded online:

Identification cum Residence proof (Driving Licence,Aadhar Card,VoterCard,Passport,Government ID Card)*Mandatory
Original Copy of 5th/8th/10th/12th certificate/Detailed Marks Card*Mandatory

To get the status of application, click on "Check Your Application Status" button on the Home page.
You can also check the application status using your credentials (username and password).
Click on Login on Home page and enter the credentials.
Once you logged in, click on "Track Application Status" link provided under "View Status of Application".
